Introduction

Substantial experience in using, supporting and developing Nav in all its versions from
1999 (Navision Financials 2.01) to date (Dynamics Nav 2009 Classic). Friendly informal
advice and support given.

Fixed price or ad hoc first line support services provided. Ad hoc support provided since
2003. First line support at fixed cost provided to a number of clients since 2007. No
minimum term requirement - cancel the support contract before the first of the month
to cancel all first line support commitments. Simple!

Initial email or phone conversation consultation free. Initial on site consultation free
if commitment to at least 1 chargeable day confirmed or sign up for the fixed price
support charge at £500 for a month.

Summary

On line (phone, email, Windows Live and now Skype) support for Nav users with a
response and fix as required or  escalation to development or project management
depending on the scale of the requirement.  

Support service

Applicable to fixed price or ad hoc:

First line support provided as follows:
Off site via email and / or phone (remote access required)
For all working days except public and bank holidays
From 8.30am to 5.30pm on each working day
UK and outside UK (remote access required)
Out of hours support (by arrangement) also available from 7am and to 10pm and for
public / bank holidays
Covering versions Navision Financials 2.01 to Dynamics Nav 2009 Classic.
Full change process included to manage all application requests and changes before
costs incurred!
 

Fixed price only:

Fixed prices per month based on number of active application users and number of
databases. Start at £500 per month plus VAT for up to 10 users on 1 database.

Ad hoc only:

Charges by the hour based in agreed client requirements specification. No job too large
or small.
